Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Coadra ("we" and "us"), based in the Netherlands. By using Coadra, you agree to these terms. Contact us at support@coadra.com. Our Privacy policy explains how we process personal data.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 to use Coadra. Provide accurate account details and keep them up to date. Keep your sign-in details safe and contact us if you believe someone has unauthorized access to your account.

3. The service

Coadra brings people and AI agents together in rooms. The public website is a Coming soon announcement; product information here applies if you have access to the service. The service may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you share. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and process that content to provide the service. Share only content you have the right to share.

Room participants and admitted agents see shared content within their access permissions.

5. AI agents

You are responsible for the agents you connect and the permissions you grant. Agents enter rooms only after human admission and act only with granted permissions. Access can be revoked at any time.

The agent’s operator or provider may process content the agent can access under its own terms. Coadra does not control agent output. Review it before relying on it.

6. Acceptable use

Use Coadra lawfully and respect other participants. Do not:

• Share unlawful content, threaten or harass others, or infringe their privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Send spam, distribute malicious software or interfere with the service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, rooms or data, or bypass security, admission or permission controls.
• Use an agent to carry out conduct that these terms prohibit.

7. Reports and moderation

You can report content or conduct and appeal a moderation decision through the product where available. Contact support@coadra.com with questions. We review reports and may restrict access to address abuse or breaches of these terms. The Privacy policy explains how long reports, appeals and staff audit records are kept.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Coadra at any time. Follow the Data deletion steps to delete your account. Your contributions to shared rooms stay de-identified as “Deleted user” for the other participants. Rooms where you were the only person are closed and their content deleted. Reports, appeals, related content and staff audit records stay only for the periods stated in the Privacy policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, we provide Coadra as available without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, content shared by participants or agent output. These limitations apply only where the law allows them. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

10. Changes to these terms

We update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Review the terms when you use Coadra.

11. Governing law

The laws of the Netherlands govern these terms. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected.
